On behalf of the board of the Myanmar-Norway Business Council – together with our colleagues from the Nordic region – we are delighted to invite you to our next event – an economic and political update with two of the leading experts on the economic and political situation in Myanmar – Sean Turnell and Larry Jagan:
- Sean Turnell is a professor of economics at Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia, and the Special Economic Consultant to Daw Aung San Suu Kyi. Who better to advise us on where the economy is going over the next few years?
- Larry Jagan is a specialist on Myanmar and a former BBC World Service News Editor for the region. Larry will give us a little look into the crystal ball, and hopefully give some insight into the complex political situation ahead of the upcoming elections.
This is for sure a night not to be missed!
